A member of our web team had a minor heart attack last night, but he's OK now, obviously in hospital and we're taking a trek out there this afternoon to see him.
He's our Front end developer, and the one I work most closely with (besides my boss). He's only 25...

25? Eeeeek. Any idea why? Diet, hereditary?
He has Crohn's Disease, and has been unwell recently, and lost a lot of weight (he was already underweight). He recently had some personal problems causing stress as well, so they think stress is the main cause.
I'm so sorry. My thoughts are with you. Bad stuff can happen to anyone. My husband had cancer when he was 24, but that was six years ago.
Hope he gets better soon, just having a support circle helps.

Yeah, stress can kill (I don't know why they do studies to determine that when you can see it happen). I have a friend with Chrohn's Disease and she's had her ups and down. My best wishes to him and hope he recovers fully from the heart attack.
